Hello,
I would like to update our firmware on biosemi 2, so we can have 64 channels with 16KHz sampling rate. How would I go about getting this update?

You will have to ship your AD-box and USB-receiver to BioSemi.
Note that the upgrade is only possible for AD-box serial ADC16 or higher.
