converting eeg/edf to bdf

For my analysis I need the data in bdf format. However, in the current lab we are using brain vision recorder wich saves raw data in .eeg format (which can be exported in 16-bit edf as well). Is there a program available that can convert the .eeg or .edf format into the bdf format?
