I am using the newest version of Actiview. My participants could have pressed a button like up or down. Are there any other keyboard prompts I should know about/ where can we find info on this?

I was wondering if anyone knows of why/has had a similar situation. I was running an experiment and everything was normal until the trace from all the electrodes randomly went completely flat. It showed no change at any point after that. The electrode offsets remained the same and nothing was change...
