Greetings,
I configured our setup as described by http://www.biosemi.com/aib.htm. There should be 256 active EEG electrodes as well as 32 active analog input electrodes. It does not work as advertised. Below I describe what happens, as well as two other configurations (to verify that the boxes have basic functionality) . I am inspecting the data using ActiView 7.05. Please advise. Thanks.
AD (Speed Mode 4) - AIB (Speed Mode 8) - Receiver
2048 Hz
Channel 1-32: AIB
Channels 33-256: zero
Missing all AD channels
AD (Speed Mode 4) - Reciever
2048 Hz
Channel 1-264: AD
AIB is not connected
AIB (Speed mode 0) - AD (Speed mode 1) - Receiver
2048
AD-Box 1: Channels 1-32: AIB
Channels 33-128+external: zero
AD-Box 2: Channels 1-128+external: AD
AD channels 129-256 are missing.

AD-box Mk1, Speed Mode 0. The physical switches are in the proper position. The software is not reporting it correctly.
>AIB (Mode 4) --> Receiver, which speedmode is indicated in ActiView ?
AD-box Mk2, Speed Mode 4

Re: 256 electrodes + analog input box
Looks like a defect AIB (probably a bad speedmode rotary switch), please send the AIB to your local BioSemi representative for service.
